About The Event
Five years ago the London Times, the most distributed newspaper in England came out with an article ranking the ten most popular British rock bands of all time. At the top of that list are the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and Queen. We’re excited to present the music of these legendary artists in this concert, happening at the Atlantis!
We’ll begin with music of the Beatles. John Lennon and Paul McCartney wrote 190 songs that were heard on 81 albums, between 1962 and 1969. We’ll play more than 55 of them, including medleys from Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and Abbey Road, their two most popular albums.
Since forming in 1962, the Rolling Stones have performed more than 2,000 concerts around the world, becoming one of the world's most popular live music attractions. This concert Paint it Black, Ruby Tuesday, and (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction.
Founded in 1970, Queen produced 16 albums in their short-lived professional life, and their music is just as popular today. We’ll play some of their most well-known popular hits, including We Are the Champions and Bohemian Rhapsody.
